Andrew is a seasoned investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. His career spans a broad spectrum of roles, from single stock, country, and sector research to portfolio management and strategic asset allocation. Over the years, he has honed his expertise not only as an analyst and portfolio manager but also as a trusted leader and mentor, guiding teams to achieve exceptional results and fostering the next generation of investment talent.
Andrew's career highlights include senior roles with some of the world’s most respected asset management firms. At Aberdeen Asset Management (now Abrdn), he managed one of the UK’s largest Asian Investment Trusts, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex markets and deliver consistent value to clients. Later, at Janus Henderson, Andrew led the Regional Equity Team, where he was responsible for managing over USD 3 billion in client assets. His role included not only investment oversight but also engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure their objectives were met.

He served as Head of Sovereign and Institutional Clients, South Asia and as Chief Operating Officer, South Asia at JPMorgan Asset Management. In these roles, he gained valuable insights into the asset management industry and developed a deep understanding of the complexities of working with clients across multiple geographies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Morgan has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering value to clients. He has served as a director of licensed asset management entities in Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, and Thailand. This extensive experience has given him a unique perspective on the global asset management landscape.
Mr. Morgan is a highly educated professional with a diverse set of qualifications. He holds a law degree from Macquarie University, a Master's in Law and a Master of Taxation from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of London. He has also been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
